I. Introductory Provisions
- The Controller is the operator of the website www.luciebubak.com and the online project Společně nahoru (a group for growing your business), presented primarily through the private Facebook group of the same name, as well as related services and other online projects on the internet, collectively referred to for the purposes of this Policy as the “Services”.
- In operating the Services, the Controller processes personal data in the manner described in this Policy.
- A data subject means a natural person who uses the Controller’s services.
- The processing of personal data means an individual operation or a set of operations systematically carried out when handling personal data. This includes, in particular, collection, organization, storage, retrieval, use, sorting and classification in databases, blocking, and other related operations. The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.
- The Controller processes the identifying and contact details of data subjects obtained for the purposes specified in Article II of this Policy. The Controller’s business activities and the subject matter of personal data processing do not include special categories of personal data.
II. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
- The purpose of personal data processing is the use of the services provided by the Controller. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is a concluded contract, an order, or consent granted by the data subjects.
- The Controller processes personal data to the extent in which they were provided by users and only for the purposes stated above (following content from the website and the group, purchasing and using the Controller’s services, emailing based on the data subject’s consent, and communication with data subjects).
- For the provision of its services (video conferences, webinars, or consultations), the Controller also uses online video conferencing platforms (Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Video conferences, webinars, or consultations may be recorded and subsequently used by the Controller on the basis of the explicit consent of the data subject. The specific details of handling such recordings are governed by an agreement between the Controller and the data subjects concerned.
III. Retention Period of Personal Data
- The Controller retains the provided personal data for the following period:
- In the case of an ongoing contractual relationship, for the duration of that relationship and for the following 10 years after its termination (due to possible complaints or other claims of the contracting parties).
- For 10 years from the user’s last use of the service.
- Or until the withdrawal of consent or a similar act by which the user withdraws the possibility of the Controller processing their personal data.
IV. Rights of Data Subjects
- The Controller guarantees data subjects the following rights arising from the regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data:
- Data subjects have the right to access their personal data.
- Data subjects have the right to rectification, completion, or erasure of their personal data.
- Data subjects may request restriction of the processing of their personal data.
- Data subjects have the right to request that their personal data not be subject to automated individual decision-making (including profiling).
- Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
- Data subjects have the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Data subjects are entitled to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

V. Cookies
- In operating its services on the internet, the Controller uses cookies. These are small text files that websites send to the browser when accessed. The purpose of cookies is mainly to store data for advertising systems, monitor visitor behavior on the website, assist in filling in forms, facilitate login, and other related purposes.
- The Controller expressly informs data subjects that their web browsers support cookie management. Within browser settings, it is possible to block cookies, completely disable their use, delete them, or allow them only for individual websites or services. The Controller recommends that data subjects review the help section of their internet browsers in order to manage their cookies properly.
- The Controller uses advertising systems for its services, in particular Seznam.cz, Facebook, and Google. On the websites of these advertising system operators, data subjects may obtain further information about the use of cookies by the operators of these advertising systems.
VI. Final Provisions
- For the purposes described above, the Controller uses data processors, including processors ensuring the technical operation of its services. Upon request, the Controller shall inform data subjects of all current processors used for the operation and technical support of its services. The Controller has ensured that the above-mentioned processors guarantee the protection of personal data at least to the same extent as guaranteed by this Policy and by the obligations arising from legal regulations.
- In the course of its activities, the Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
- The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy in the event of changes on the part of the Controller or changes in the relevant legal regulations.
